Frostweek

So, on Friday I went to a dinner and dance at the Bonnie Doon Stake Center for Single Adults. Then on Saturday I went to Galaxyland for $5 and it was so much fun. They have a new roller-coaster, I don't remember what it's called, but it has steep hills and the car you're in spins around. I loved that ride. I also really liked Solar Flare, I think it's newer, but you sit in a seat or you can stand in a standing one and you go in circles vertically and your chair spins and turns you upside down, it was a lot of fun. I'm not really good at describing rides, sorry. I still refuse to go on the drop of doom, now called the space shot. Then there was a CES broadcast tonight and Earl C. Tingey, he's in one of the quorum of the seventies, spoke on marriage. So, I had a ton of fun this weekend. On Saturday morning mum and I were baby-sitting Israel and Maigan and that was fun too.

Christmas Gifts

Ok, for Christmas, I got a scrapbooking organizing kit, The "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader" game, "Search, Ponder, and Play" game, an Oilers t-shirt, Socks, CD player, scrapbook, "LDS: Do You Know" comp. game, Precious Moments mug, Precious Moments figurine, a book, snowflake hair thing, earrings, puzzle, 1988 horse collectible, Sudoku, 2 little books, LDS Word Puzzles, birthstone necklace/earring set, watch set, a Canada blanket. Sorry if I missed anything.

We went shopping. That was about it. But I bought some pretty nice stuff. It didn't feel like Christmas though, no decorations, no Christmas music, and definately no snow. For Christmas down there I got an angel figurine playing the flute and an "L" necklace from Mum, a Sari and 3 Audrey Hepburn movies( Breakfast at Tiffany's, Roman Holiday, and Sabrina) from Will, Krystin, Camile, Solomon, and Scott and a lot of stocking stuffers like JELLY BELLIES. It awsa lot of fun.

Our internet is hooked up now, so I'll be able to blog more often. CALIFORNIA HERE I COME. I want to go to Disney land a lot. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge Krystin.

I have been switched to the pre-school room at work. I now work from 7:oo am - 4:00 pm, so I get off earlier. Not much else is new. I like the pre-school room so far.

Daycare

I am absolutely loving the new job. I work with the 2 year olds. They get nap time so that's good. It is so much fun though. There are 12 twelve kids but there are usually only 9 of them there on one day and there's 3 adults in my group so that's fantastic.

Hey everybody. Good news. I GOT THE JOB. I am so excited. I start on Nov.1, I get to have the police check me out to make sure I don't have any bad things said about me.
