Essay
So, we had an in-class essay in English on Thursday or somewhere around there and we just got them back yesterday and guess what I got. Let me give you a clue, it's the best I've ever done on an essay. Give up yet? I got 83%. We have another essay due tomorrow for Social, I haven't even started it much less looked at the topics. Cross stitch and band story
I'm starting a cross stitch project. It's of a cat hanging onto a rope in mid-air and underneath the cat it says " Hang in there." Yesterday in band this guy was annoying this girl and she asked " Mr. W., can I whack him." and Mr.W. said " I don't condone violence, I find that hurtful words go much deeper and last a lot longer." It was soo funny because it was just a joke and he was smiling too which made it even better.

school
Yesterday, I had an essay due for social. The topic that I wrote on "Should nations have multi-party systems?" I said no, not because that's what I believe but because I had 3 arguments for it. My class schedule is pretty boring, I have the same thing every day, no variations whatsoever. 1st block- Spare, 2nd- English, Lunch, 3rd- Band, and 4th- Social. Band is, by far, my fav. subject, why I don't know because Mr. Weisenburger burns me all the time, it's actually quite funny. With him, you never quite know if he likes or doesn't like you. Oh, and before I forget, I have a solo in "In Yonder Valley" in "Simple Gifts." And it's not a flute solo either. It's only like 6 bars, but I'll take what I can get, so I'm not complaining. It's the first solo that I've had,so I'm excited.

1.I've been playing the flute since grade 6.
2.I love Josh Groban's songs.
3.I like Reese Witherspoon.
4.I graduate from high school in June.
5.I don't know a lot about computers.
6.I remember grandma D. letting me eat the ice cream right out of the container(we have the pic.).
7.I once got a rabbit for Christmas, I named her Buttons. She died a couple months after Christmas.
8.My favorite colors are blue and green.
9.My fav. # is 7.
10.I collect Ty beanies and porcelain dolls.
11.I love Precious moments.
12.I work better while listening to music.
13.I miss Krystin & Michelle.
14.I want to meet my nephew, Scott, and see my nieced, Madisyn, again.
15.I can get earrings in without a mirror.
16.I love to read.
17.I collect those fancy coins.
18.I like the movie "Flicka".
19.I love hand lotion, it makes my hands soft.
20.I love taking pics.
21.I want to go to Spain, Germany, Scotland & India.
22.I have a Spanish Book of Mormon, even though I don't know Spanish.
23.In grade 7 we did an activity to see how long the Titanic was, it went from the corner of Century road to the Shell, it was a long ship.
24.I've been to B.C., Ontario,Quebec,California,Montana,Idaho,Utah,& New York.
25.I hate surveys, especially when 2 answers apply.
26.I prefer cats over dogs, although I do like quiet dogs.
27.My best friend is Patrice.

Band class
In band, we're playing a really pretty song called "Simple Gifts: 4 Shaker songs" The songs are called "In Yonder Valley, Dance, Here Take This Lovely Flower and Simple Gifts."
